3. Product Information & Pricing Rules

All products displayed on delonghiussale.com are De'Longhi brand espresso machines, coffee makers and home appliances. We strive to ensure that all product pictures, parameter descriptions, functional introductions, model labels and application scenarios on the website are true, accurate and consistent with the actual products. The product pictures are for display reference only. Due to the difference of display equipment, there may be slight color difference between the picture and the physical product, which does not belong to the scope of product quality problems.
All product prices displayed on the website are the final transaction prices, unified in USD as the settlement currency. The platform is a discount retail platform, and all prices have been calculated based on the discount system. We implement a full-site free shipping policy, and there is no hidden fees such as freight, packaging fee and handling fee in the order. The platform has the right to adjust product prices and carry out promotional activities according to market changes, inventory status and promotional plans. 4. Order Submission & Payment Rules

If the payment is not completed within the time limit, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the product inventory occupied by the order will be released. It is forbidden to use stolen accounts, illegal funds to complete payment, or carry out illegal fund transactions through the platform.

5. Order Processing & Delivery Performance

After the order is handed over to the logistics carrier, the overall estimated delivery time of all goods is 6 to 12 days. After the goods are shipped, we will synchronize the logistics tracking number to the buyer's order center and reserved email, so that the buyer can track the logistics status in real time. The risk of loss, damage of the goods during transportation shall be borne by the platform before the goods are signed for by the buyer; after the buyer signs for the goods normally, the risk of the goods shall be transferred to the buyer.
The same order of goods will be delivered in one batch by default. If individual products are out of stock temporarily, we will contact the buyer to negotiate split shipment, product replacement or order partial cancellation.

6. Goods Receiving, Inspection & Acceptance

When the goods arrive at the destination, the buyer shall keep the contact phone unblocked to complete the receiving and signing work in a timely manner. When signing for the goods, the buyer shall first check the outer packaging of the goods. If the outer packaging is severely damaged, soaked or obviously opened, the buyer has the right to refuse to sign for and contact our customer service via support@delonghiussale.com immediately.
If the buyer signs for the goods without checking the packaging on the spot, it is deemed that the outer packaging of the goods is intact when delivered. After signing for, the buyer can unpack and inspect the product body, accessories and manuals. The buyer shall not maliciously sign for the goods and then claim man-made damage to the product to apply for return and compensation.

7. Return, Refund & Order Cancellation
